- Your site lives at a random Atelier web address (for example, 7kq2xm.atelierlabs.net) and is kept out of search engines. It’s ready to share yourself, in your email signature, on social media or with clients you already know. When you want your own name or domain and a place on Google, that’s what Pro is for (coming soon).

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There’s no card to enter and no trial that runs out. You can build your website, take bookings and look after your clients on Free for as long as you like.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees on any plan.
Why isn’t my Free site on Google?
Free sites live at a random Atelier web address and are kept out of search engines. That keeps Free simple and fair to run. Your site still works for anyone you share the link with. When you want people to find you through Google, Pro gives you your own name or domain and a listing on search engines. Pro is coming soon.
What counts as a session?
A session counts when you open a booking’s session workspace in Atelier, where you write notes and read the prep briefing. Each booking counts once, however often you return to it. Free includes up to 10 a month; Pro and Team have no limit. Bookings and clients are never capped on any plan.
What happens if I reach a limit on Free?
Atelier tells you when you reach a limit. Nothing is deleted, and bookings and enquiries keep coming in. Once the month’s 10 sessions are used, opening a new session workspace waits until the next month; sessions you’ve already opened stay open.
Who can I email from Atelier on Free?
On Free you can send up to 25 emails a day, to people who have contacted you or booked with you. That covers replies to enquiries and messages to your clients. Pro raises this to 150 a day, to any client.
If I stay on Free, will I lose access to my clients or notes?
No. On every plan, your clients, your notes and your export are never locked behind a paywall. You can export your clients, notes and bookings any time.
Why are there no prices for Pro and Team yet?
We’re finishing them now. Rather than guess, we’ll publish prices on this page when the plans are ready. Until then, the Free plan is open to everyone. When you move to a paid plan, it’s the same account, so your site, clients, notes and history all carry over.
Is Atelier a CRM?
In the original sense, yes: it’s client relationship management, a single place to keep everything about each client relationship. It isn’t a sales CRM, though: there are no deals, pipelines or email campaigns. It’s built for knowing your clients and looking after them.
Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet. Paid bookings are coming soon: you’ll be able to take a deposit or full payment when a client books, paid straight into your own Stripe account, with refunds on cancellation.
